✨Tattoo Deposit Information✨

Hi cuties!
Please make sure you read all information below, by sending a deposit you are agreeing to  all the terms stated so please make sure you read them all.

💖Only once the deposit has been made is the tattoo appointment confirmed. Please pay within 48 hours, but of course let me know if you can’t pay to a certain date(ie: pay day is thursday ect) 

💖The deposit is non refundable and non transferrable to another person but can be moved to another date if contacted 48hours before the appointment.

💖If you cancel in the 48 hours prior you will forfeit your deposit. This will include being unwell, not being able to make it ect. As in many cases I will lose my earning capacity for that day now.

💖The deposit comes off the total on the tattoo on the day of the appointment (if ongoing work that takes more than one appointment will come off the last appointment.)

💖The ONLY way to reschedule an appointment is through the email chain we booked the appointment on. If you comment on instagram, DM me on instagram, message my personal facebook ect this is not rescheduling your appointment. I sometimes take big breaks from social media, I also have the notifications turned off so there is a HUGE chance I will miss this. So please email only. If you message me via social media (even if 48 hours prior you may lose your deposit)

💖The deposit will be forfeited if you do not turn up to your appointment, if you are late to your appointment without letting us know.( a small amount is fine, things happen and traffic is always a chance but if late for a generous amount of time without an email or call to the shop you may lose use of your deposit)

💖I Draw for all appointments the night before and only show on the day of tattooing in person, this helps me explain the piece and some of line work to you as the design is for me to tattoo so sometimes not all lines will be done in black ect so this is more effective in person.  There is time for small changes but please inform me of all aspects you want in the piece. I draw for the best tattoo I can tattoo possibly, I find if you like the majority of work you’ll love what i’ve created. I work like this to allow me to be fresh on your tattoo and not overworked, but mainly to be able to tattoo the best piece I can create on you. If this is not the tattoo experience you’d like sadly I might not be the tattooist for you. 

💖If you no show the appointment to be rebooked  with me you will need to pay for the session you no showed and a new deposit for the new appointment.

💖If you need to rebook the appointment more than 3 times we may need a new deposit.

💖Please do not come to your appointment while sick, if you are sick when you arrive you will be sent away and will lose your deposit

💖Please do not bring another person to your appointment, due to covid and working in a tight space we are not able to accommodate friends (this includes children).

💖COVID related terms-

If you have covid please let me know ASAP (this includes in the two weeks prior to the appointment)

💖I will require a negative covid test if it’s in the prior two weeks before the appointment.
💖If you have had covid in the previous 2 -4 weeks before your tattoo appointment please make sure you are well enough to get the tattoo as a tattoo is a wound and you want your body to be healthy to heal the piece if still unwell your piece may not heal as well as usual. I know getting tattooed is exciting but if you are unwell it will effect your piece so please be understanding with this term.

💖Kindness Please💖
I have a chronic illness so please be considerate with your tattoo appointment, if unwell reschedule. COVID, the FLU ect hit me quite hard due to my chronic illness, so please don’t come into the studio even a little unwell as it has huge effects on myself physically and my earnings. I only work limited days, so if you can’t make the appointment let me know ASAP as this is my income and I have a waitlist I can fill appointments with (the more notice the better chance to fill the appointment)

💖With having a Chronic illness there are times where I may need to reschedule last minute due to my illness, sadly when this happens this is out of my control. Understanding when this happens is always very much appreciated, if this is something that doesn’t align with you, I may not be the tattooist for you. On that, I’ve only needed less than a handful of days off this year so it’s a rare thing as I work limited days to make sure I can rest on my days off so that I am at my best when I am tattooing.

💖Please make sure to use the reference in your booking email so I can easily find your deposit.
